With over 15 years of experience in Civil engineering, GIS, infrastructure planning, and statutory liaisoning, Shirish Patil leads Swarajya Infra projects with a vision of delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Holding a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the United Kingdom, he specializes in geospatial planning, land acquisition, industrial infrastructure development, and project management.
His expertise spans GIS & geospatial technologies, engineering consultancy, architectural coordination, statutory approvals, environmental compliance, and land management. Shirish has successfully led numerous industrial, commercial, and government infrastructure projects, working closely with authorities such as MIDC, MSRDC, MMRDA, MPCB, MoEFCC, and other regulatory agencies. His strategic approach, technical expertise, and commitment to quality enable clients to achieve timely approvals and successful project delivery.

His expertise encompasses architectural planning, master planning, industrial infrastructure, urban development, statutory approvals, and project coordination. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, he ensures every project meets the highest standards of design, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. His client-focused approach and extensive industry experience have established him as a trusted architectural consultant, delivering spaces that are functional, aesthetically refined, and built to stand the test of time.
